Year 5

Welcome

In Y5, we believe that children can learn anything and achieve their true potential. We develop their growth mindset to allow the children to develop resilience and understand the importance of having ambitions. We encourage inquisitive minds and curiosity in order to develop a greater awareness of the world around us. We endeavour to utilise our school grounds including the woods, swimming pool and field as well as our local town and trips to enrich our learning and build on experiences. We ensure a broad and varied curriculum to support acquisition of knowledge and skills for life and understand the importance of nurturing every children to grow as individuals and as a team to be the best we can be!
