Wire Sculptures

Over the past couple of weeks, the children have been studying artist Elizabeth Berrien. We looked at her background, life and style and designed our sculptures based on this. We created our own mythological creatures and crafted them, in her style, out of wire. We learnt a variety of wire joining techniques and worked on crimping the wire to produce a finished piece.
