Sewing wildflower seeds

Wildflower seed sewing!

On Friday, we worked with Paul from the council to educate the children about biodiversity. We discussed pollinators and their importance in our world. The children learnt that without pollinators, farms would not be able to produce our food and that this would cause huge issues. We sewed a range of different wild flower seeds to attract pollinators to Seaton and to the surrounding farms. We hope to spread some more seeds in Tracey’s Avenue field once the weather clears up…we cannot wait to see how they flower in Spring! Thank you Paul for your knowledge and resources!
