Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
All Devon Local Authority (LA) maintained schools have the same duties with regards to special educational needs and disabilities, and are expected to provide support for children who have additional needs. Pupils with Special Educational Needs are supported by the LA to ensure that they make the best possible progress in school.
