Reception Newsletter 14th December
Thank you all for joining us this morning for our parent involvement session. It was wonderful to see so many of you and the children really loved sharing their learning with those they care about the most. Thank you also for all your support this term. It has been a wonderful start to school and we know the rest of the year will be just as good if not better!
We are extremely proud of the children for all their hard work in the nativity shows. We have had a fantastic response from parents – we think it may have been our best one yet!
Arrangements for tomorrow
Tomorrow children need to be collected at 1pm. Children will be bringing home a large paper wallet with some of the things we have been making recently. We are not having a toy day or party food so please do not bring anything extra in. Children may wear Christmas jumpers or accessories again tomorrow (school uniform on the bottom).
Up until half term we will be focusing on traditional tales. A curriculum map will be posted on our website with more information after the holidays. We will continue with our Phase 3 phonics, extending our writing and working on some new skills in maths.
Look out for more Buddy Twinkle-Toes photos and parent involvement pictures on the website soon!
Have a wonderful holiday and see you all next year!
