To celebrate World Mental Health Day, we all took some time to participate in a mindfulness activity. Some classes relaxed with colouring, others undertook yoga and meditation whilst other classes enjoyed some circle time. We also shared ideas of how to look after your mental health and ways we can be kind to our minds. The year 6’s created some posters to share their ways to support positive mental health.
