Grizzly Fun Run

On Saturday, Seaton Primary School were well represented in the Grizfest fun runs. It was fantastic to see so many children from all year groups taking part and having a go at the 2k race that involved a tough section of pebbles near the finish! Some of our children even ran the longer 4k race that is generally only attempted by secondary school aged children – a brilliant effort!

A special mention to all those children who have attended the after school running club on a Monday – you all looked fantastic in your Seaton Primary t-shirts (kindly donated by the PTA – thank you!) and showed that your training paid off. Harrison Walker ran an excellently paced race and was the first Seaton Primary child to finish in 11th place overall – a brilliant achievement!

Well done again to everybody who took part.
