British Museum Trip

5 November 2015Events Latest News Year 4

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are very excited about our trip to the British Museum tomorrow. This is a short reminder, that pupils need to bring a packed lunch and packed tea (preferably in separate bags) inside a rucksack and have a raincoat too. Pupils may wear any comfortable clothing but we ask that they wear a school jumper too. A snack and a drink for the service station stops is also required. We will be bringing our new high visibility jackets, with Seaton Primary School on the back, for use at the service station.

Please arrive at school at 7.45am and come to the hall and find your child’s group (they have been told who they are with and their group leader). If your child has spending money (not exceeding £10), please give it to the adult in charge of their group, and this also applies to any medication that is needed.

We expect to be back to Seaton at 11.00pm. Following our stop on the return journey, we will send out parentmail texts and emails telling you the time we expect to be back. We will also update Year 4’s blog with all relevant arrival/departure information. Should there be further substantial delays we will continue to communicate through parentmail and the blog, updating as necessary. When we return to school, all pupils will remain on the bus and we ask for patience as we release them to you from the door of the bus.

Thank you

Mr Delfosse and Mr Lewis
